Dear Governors, Citizen Sidhas and Meditators of Hawai'i,

It is my joy to inform you of my recent appointment as Executive Director for Hawai'i in the administration of the Global Country of World Peace. My wife, Mokihana, has inspired and encouraged this new phase of our lives. Raja Hagelin, Raja of Invincible America, expressed his pleasure to have me serve in his administration. Cliff and Mary DeVries, Joani Philipp, and the governors, sidhas, and meditators of the islands have warmly welcomed us.

Our attention has been focused on creating an Invincible Hawai'i for about four months now. During this time an idea sprouted and has been steadily growing and becoming increasingly concrete:

Hawai'i can generate global coherence and create world peace.

• Thousand Headed Mother Divine wants to relocate in Hawai'i.
• Maharishi wanted the Rajas to have a "resting place" in Hawai'i.
• The Pandits would be happy in Hawai'i.
• Hawai'i is the most attractive place for a complete University of Peace/vastu/ sustainable/sidha community.
• Consciousness based tourism would be a success in Hawai'i.
• Native Hawaiians have always persevered in the heart the soft, nurturing power of aloha, transforming all who visit the islands.

There are so many reasons, but mainly, this idea feels right.

We in Hawai'i would be first to benefit from such a project. As our number of yogic flyers climb and pass 115 on the way to 8,000, we will have created the critical number for Hawai'i's invincibility. We will enjoy the rise of unity in our diversity. We will witness the darkness disappear with the dawn, the emergence of solutions displacing problems--in every area of life. All this will be achieved, not through opposition, but through support and nurturing. Everyone should be nourished on the level of consciousness.

This possibility is a gift from Maharishi, by the grace of Guru Dev. This is Maharishi's unique contribution, not just individual enlightenment as in the past, but national and global invincibility!

Now, under the leadership of His Majesty Maharaja Adhiraj Raja Raam and his capable administration, the mission of the Global Country of World Peace will be quickly accomplished--all good everywhere, non-good nowhere.

Of course, it all starts with us, with our dedication to our own program, our attention to our own evolution, and our group practice. Once the cup is full, it will flow. Let's enjoy that fullness and that flow of fullness in Hawai'i.
